Hunting and Trapping to be Taught in Wisconsin Public Schools

More insanity courtesy of the Wisconsin Legislature and their friends at Safari Club International and The Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association.

And we wonder why students in this country lag behind those in other countries if this is what is being taught in our schools. Our kids can’t add or spell their name, but they can set a trap and learn how to kill a wolf.

Here are the groups that registered in support and in opposition to this bill:

Apparently it didn’t matter to Wisconsin lawmakers that our educators were against this bill. It only mattered that the hunting groups were for it. Disgusting.

    Our County Supervisors here, for the second consecutive year, approved a turkey shoot on public lands for children under the age of 12 I think it was. What? What are these people thinking?
