Contact Governor Walker and Ask Him Not To Sign AB 502/SB 411 or SB 226

16 Mar

WE VOW asks that all citizens who care about our wildlife and public lands contact Governor Scott Walker and ask him not to sign the wolf killing bill AB 502/SB 411. We also ask that he not sign SB 226 a bill that allows hunting and trapping on ALL public lands, including state and country parks. This bill also allows hunting and trapping to be taught in our public schools for credit.

These barbaric bills make our entire state look bad and embarrass the silent majority who value our wildlife for purposes other than as targets to be shot or trapped.

Please follow the link below for Governor Walker’s contact information:

That would be your name. There is also an email address or phone number that you can call. I don’t like depending on Scott Walker for anything and I don’t expect any results. Unfortunately this is the last shot to stop or amend this bill. After that it will be up to the courts, hopefully.

The DNR is nothing more than a “hunt club” that caters to the hunting community. The fact that their actions are illegal and brutal are of no concern to them.
