How Can This Be Legal in Wisconsin?

16 Mar

Did you know that it is against the law in Wisconsin to kill a wild animal with dogs? Did you also know that it is also illegal to “not immediately kill, in a humane manner, all game taken and make it part of your daily bag?” Then how can Wisconsin justify the below behavior under current law? This is what our wolves have to look forward to.

** Warning Graphic Video**

This is what passes for “recreation” in the State of Wisconsin and apparently this behavior is acceptable even though it is a direct violation of state statutes. This is directly from the Wisconsin DNR:

It is illegal to:

• allow a dog to kill any wild animal at any time.

It is illegal to:

• not immediately kill, in a humane manner, all game taken and make it part of your daily bag.

Did this video show that bear cub being killed “immediately, in a humane manner?” It sure didn’t look like it to me. It also looked like that pack of dogs was ripping that poor wounded bear to pieces.

This is just one example of deplorable behavior that Wisconsin advocates as being “recreation” and “conservation.” This is “conservation?” It is according to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.  We will continue to expose this and other disgusting activities that are legal under Wisconsin law in the coming days.

That is good, but we still have several Democrats who are just as anti-wildlife as the Republicans are. Not as many, but still more than there should be.

We just need to find a couple of Democrats with blood in their veins. As we start to expose these abuses let people defend the slob hunters at their own peril. We will vote them out too. Cathy Stepp is a troll, an appointee who can be booted out as soon as someone else becomes Governor. We must make it clear that whoever takes Mr baldy’s place has to restore and stop some of these wildlife overreaches. Remember -Conservatives can’t help it- they don’t know any better- Democrats do- if they won’t stand up for Democratic principles of ethical wildlife management we don’t need them

It’s this mentality in why these people obviously don’t give a shit about dogs either. Go back to your horrid chained existence in the backyard until the next hunting season. And we were outraged by Michael Vick? These men are just simply sick, sadistic fucks. God help WI.

I don’t know if you saw it but I did a post a couple of weeks ago about “Windchill’s Law” and there groups against it. The law strengthens penalties for animal abuse and neglect. Of course no action was taken on it in the Wisconsin Legislature because they were too busy giving out wetlands away, and planning wolf killing sprees to take it up. It should come as no surprise that two of the groups who registered against it are the Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association and Safari Club International. Look what these thugs do to wildlife, so they certainly don’t want to be required to take proper care of their own dogs. The bill also bans abusers from owning or training animals for several years. I wonder how that would eat into their cliental? We need to get a ballot initiative out there so people can decide for themselves if they want this behavior to continue. That is one of the goals of this group. We want the public to decide these matters not the hunter/trapper groups and their buddies in the DNR and legislature.
