When long time Wisconsin wildlife advocate Patricia Randolph and I started Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic in the current incarnation in 2012, I had no idea what I was getting in to. Like many of you I was horrified at what was occurring in Wisconsin with our wildlife and I just had to find a way to inform people. Since I began the website in 2012 we have logged almost 250,000 views and have received many generous donations and memberships from all over the country.
Now that this website has established a loyal readership it is time for changes that will allow Patricia Randolph to mold the site to her vision of what Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic is to be. This will be my final post for Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic. I have thoroughly enjoyed writing this blog and helping to inform people as to what is really happening under our noses here in Wisconsin. My departure does not mean that Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic will not continue. On the contrary. Patricia and other wildlife advocates will be taking over full control of the website and will continue to publish news and commentary regarding the shameful treatment of wildlife in Wisconsin.
I am not disappearing either. I will be continuing to blog and help to inform the public of the demented behavior encouraged in this state against our wildlife. Shortly I will be posting the address to my new blog and I hope that the loyal readers of this site will continue to follow my writing there. My new blog will feature guest columns from others active in the wildlife advocacy and I will continue to keep you updated on any developments concerning Wisconsin’s War on Wildlife.
I wish to thank the loyal readers of this site and I welcome you to my new project and hope that you continue to support Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic.
